These services may include, but are not limited to, ice baths, red light therapy, infrared sauna sessions, and pneumatic compression recovery boots (collectively, the “Recovery Services”).

By signing this document and/or participating in any Recovery Service, you (“the User”) acknowledge and agree to the terms below. The purpose of this disclaimer is to ensure informed, voluntary participation and clarify responsibilities associated with use.

Health Considerations

The Recovery Services are designed for general wellness, recovery, and relaxation purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, blood pressure conditions, respiratory issues, circulatory disorders, neurological conditions, sensitivity to heat or cold, skin conditions, implanted medical devices, or if you are pregnant, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating. Participation is voluntary, and the Company is not responsible for adverse effects arising from undisclosed or pre-existing conditions.

Assumption of Risk

Each Recovery Service involves inherent sensations and risks, including cold exposure, heat exposure, compression pressure, light exposure, dizziness, discomfort, or fatigue. By participating, you confirm that you understand these risks and voluntarily choose to participate at your own discretion. You may stop any session at any time if you feel uncomfortable.

Not Medical Treatment

None of the Recovery Services are medical treatments or medical devices. They should not be considered a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or advice. No medical claims or guarantees are made regarding outcomes or benefits.

Proper Use & Guidance

Users agree to follow all instructions, session time limits, and guidance provided by ARC Athlete Recovery staff. Misuse, overexposure, or failure to follow instructions may increase the risk of injury. The Company is not responsible for harm resulting from improper use.

No Medical Advice

Any information shared by staff or displayed during the event is for general informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for personal medical concerns.

Personal Responsibility

By signing, the User confirms that they feel physically able to participate, are doing so voluntarily, and accept responsibility for monitoring their own comfort and limits during each session.

No Guarantees

Individual experiences and results may vary. The Company makes no guarantees regarding performance, recovery outcomes, or specific benefits.

Release & Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the User releases and waives all claims against Lifegate General Trading L.L.C, ARC Athlete Recovery, and their respective officers, employees, agents, contractors, and event partners for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Recovery Services.

Media, Photography & Social Media

Photos or videos may be taken during the event to capture the experience. By participating, you consent to Lifegate General Trading L.L.C and ARC Athlete Recovery using this content for organic purposes only, such as event recaps, educational content, and social media posts. This content will not be used in paid advertisements, sold to third parties, or used in a misleading or inappropriate manner.

Post-Event Communication

By signing this disclaimer, you agree that the Company may contact you after the event with follow-up information, recovery education, or updates related to ARC Athlete Recovery. You may opt out of communications at any time.
