That is the practice. Not the cold itself, but what you learn about yourself inside it.

FROM DELIVERY TO DAILY USE

Three steps stand between the day it arrives and the morning it becomes ordinary.

Choose the place

A level surface, close to a power point and within reach of a drain. Allow room to step in without hurry, and space beside the vessel for the chiller to ventilate.

Prepare and fill

Wash the vessel with warm, soapy water before first use, rinse and wipe dry. Fill with room-temperature water, set your temperature, and let the chiller bring it down.

Make it a ritual

Switch the chiller off before you step in. Then keep the appointment, the same hour, most days. Cold water rewards consistency far more than it rewards endurance.

What should I prepare before delivery?

A level area with room to step in comfortably, a nearby power point, and access to a drain for emptying. Confirm your measurements and electrical supply with our team before the delivery date.

How is it set up?

Wash the vessel with warm, soapy water, rinse and dry. Position the chiller with room to ventilate, connect it, and fill with room-temperature water. Set your temperature and allow the system to bring the water down.

How do I care for it?

The built-in UVC purification maintains clarity between sessions. Drain, clean and dry the vessel periodically using warm, soapy water only. Never use bleach-based detergents, which degrade both the materials and the waterproof seals.

Can I use it for heat as well as cold?

Yes. The same system heats your water to 39 °C, so contrast work, cold and warm in a single session, is available without a second installation.
