REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Final Sale

All products sold through this website are final sale. Returns and refunds are not permitted once a purchase has been completed.

2. Manufacturing Defects

Where a product is found to have a verified manufacturing defect, an exchange may be offered at the sole discretion of the Operator, subject to the following conditions:

1. The defect is reported within the applicable warranty period

2. Reasonable evidence of the defect is provided

3. The original purchase invoice is submitted

If approved, the defective product will be exchanged for the same model, subject to availability.

3. Warranty Scope

Warranty coverage:

2. Is non-transferable

3. Excludes damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper handling, unauthorized modification, improper storage, or normal wear and tear

4. Exchange Processing

Approved exchanges will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and are subject to product availability.
