The Operator reserves the right to amend prices at any time prior to order confirmation. Pricing errors, if identified, may result in order cancellation.

An order shall be deemed accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

The Operator reserves the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving pricing inaccuracies, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

6. Warranty

Where a warranty is offered, it applies solely to the original invoiced product, is non-transferable, and is subject strictly to the conditions set out in the Refund & Exchange Policy.

No warranties are provided beyond those expressly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or any products purchased through it.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Where a product is found to have a verified manufacturing defect, an exchange may be offered at the sole discretion of the Operator, subject to the following conditions:

The defect is reported within the applicable warranty period
Reasonable evidence of the defect is provided
The original purchase invoice is submitted

If approved, the defective product will be exchanged for the same model, subject to availability.
