A level surface able to carry a filled 480-litre vessel, with clearance to step in comfortably, a suitable power supply, and access to a drain. Our team will confirm the requirements with you before delivery.
Fill and set
Fill with room-temperature water, then set your temperature on the console. The circulation pump and filtration bring the water to condition and hold it there.
Make it a ritual
Keep the appointment, the same hour, most days. Cold water rewards consistency far more than it rewards endurance.
